We've all heard of an easter egg hunt but what about a jack-o-lantern hunt? This is a cheap, easy, and fun Halloween activity to get your pups in the spirit and in on the fun. All you need are jack--lantern themed eggs (I got these ones at Target but you could also check out your local dollar store or Amazon) and your pup's favorite treat. Fill up the eggs and scatter them in your yard or house. If it is your pup's first time participating in an egg hunt you might want to let them see you filling the eggs or open one to show them what is inside. Then let those pups loose to track down those eggs! To make it even more fun let them sport their favorite Halloween costume as they sniff out the eggs or add an extra surprise at the end like a Halloween toy or stuffy. Happy hunting!
