Happy New Year!
Happy New Year (a few days late)! Have you made those resolutions? Did your pup make their resolutions? If your pup is anything like my pups it probably consists of this like: eat more treats, take my human on more walks, go on more adventures with my human, sleep more, play more, oh and eat more treats! While those might be your pup’s resolutions, your resolutions for your pup might look a little different. The resolutions I have for Emma are to bark less at the Amazon delivery people and pull less on her leash. My resolution for buddy looks a little more like my resolution for myself… take off a few lbs.
However, thinking about how the year ahead makes me reflect on how quickly last year flew by. I know this year is going to fly by just as quickly which got me thinking about the quote “Dogs might be in just a small part of our lives, but to them we are their whole life.” This makes me want to be very intentional with how I spend the time with my pups. I want to make sure that each year I have with my fur babies is a wonderful, exciting year full of love and adventure. So along with the goals I talked about earlier, my biggest resolution for my pups, is to help them live the year to it’s fullest. Okay, I’ll stop be sappy now. I hope you and your pup have a wonderful year full of fun!
